It is a shame to watch news everyday about professor Shin Jung A. Already a couple of months passed, but the problem wasn't shrinked. Before we blame on professor Shin, we should think about our society that makes her do forgery. As we know, Korea has a society based on academic success and academic snobbism. For that reason, some people are trying to forge their certification. Few days ago, I watched a documentary  which is about making a fake certification. Most of koreans who want to get jobs, they fly to China and pay lots of money to make a forged diploma certification. I was pretty surprised that the importance of academic background. I believe that it is not a problem to ignore for students of provincial universities.

If companies want us to have good academic background, we should have other specialities to fill our gaps from academic background. Or, we should show our confidence of our school to companies. If we explain fully how good our school is and what did I do from there, I think they will accept us because we have different idea of academic background. Do not be shy or hide about our school. From freshmen, we must try to have some qualifications, achievements and experiences. No matter how it takes time and money, we should pay them and put effort for the future. There is no free lunch in the world. If you try more, you would gain more.
